You only get 24 hours each day (unfortunately, I can’t give you any more!). This coaching option will teach you how to adapt your lifestyle to your priorities, so you can dedicate more of the time you do have to the right things.

Determine and mobilize personal goals

Create meaningful routines for freedom and fulfillment

Aim: learn and practice guilt-free “YOU prioritization” with a regular self-care routine.

Focus: explore your interconnected personal eco-system.

 

You’ll learn and practice how to:

Determine your personal priorities

Make space for valuable life goals amidst daily tasks

Understand the impact of self-care on your holistic functioning

Abolish myths and barriers rooted in guilt

Connect personal wellbeing to your roles, responsibilities, and relationships

2. Action and the Art of Mindful Doing

 

Edward Abbey said, “Sentiment without action is the ruin of the soul.” If you’ve got goals, dreams, and ideals but find yourself lacking in the “action” department, this option is for you!

Mindful Doing

 

Aim: combine goal-setting with a regular self-care practice to move forward with motivation and intention.

Focus: use self-care to stay fueled and motivated.

 

You’ll learn and practice how to:

Fuel yourself to move forward with a self-care practice

Create a plan rooted in your values, priorities, and ideals

Answer your big questions confidently: “Why?” “How?”

Effectively use supports and resources to optimize your progress

Acknowledge and tackle uncertainties before they arise

Maintain healthy thought processes to shift between present and future
