Hi! I’m Melissa. I’m here to equip you with the tools, beliefs, and practices you need to reclaim your mind, work, and life.

My role is to teach you how to set your priorities, manage your tasks, and reinvest in yourself so that you have the clarity, time, and energy for what’s important to you.

With years of experience as a counsellor, coach, business manager, and yoga instructor, I’ve worked with thousands of clients to create meaningful, lasting changes in their lives.

I’m passionate about living out what I teach, and I have so much to share with you.
