My background
A lifelong advocate of intentionality, I’m passionate about helping people lead self-aware, empowered, and fulfilling lives.
Background:
A certified coach with a formal background in social work, my career began with a decade of mental health service delivery, policy reform, and community development. My work and research spanned three continents, including a number of international aid projects in South Africa.
Wanting to work on a global scale in a sustainable way, I shifted into coaching and teaching online in 2015. I also authored Self Care at Work and Everyday Mindfulness to share the practices I used to support myself and my clients over the years.
Approach:
I now work to equip individuals and organizations with tools for emotional intelligence, healthy productivity, and mindful leadership. My person-centred approach emphasizes practical action and integration to bring you meaningful results.
